Adobe InDesign - Introduction
Hands-on training in an instructor-led environment. One workstation per
delegate and exercises to consolidate learning.
Training Method:
Delegates need to be comfortable using a mouse, opening and saving files and
the general operation of computers.

To introduce the concepts and skills to use Adobe InDesign effectively. Upon successful completion of
the course, delegates will learn type controls, graphics file management, layers and document set up.
Whether you are a designer, pre-press professional or just a beginner, you will find InDesgin to be a
powerful and intuitive page layout application. Delegates will cover navigating within InDesign,
adding graphics, adjusting display performance, using contextual menus, creating and formatting
text, using the pages palette, creating and editing tables, transparency setting, working with layers,
the pen tool, formatting text with styles and feathering and drop shadows.
